Hi!

I am Matthieu Barreau and I am a postdoc at KTH, Stockholm Swden under the supervision of Karl Jenrik Johansson. My research there is articulated around optimization of traffic flow using macroscopic models (coupled ODE / semilinear hyperbolic PDE).

I just finished my PhD in LAAS (Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems) under the supervision of Alexandre Seuret and Frédéric Gouaisbaut. My research focuses on the stability analysis of a coupled PDE/ODE and in particular between a wave equation and an ordinary differential equation. I am mostly using Lyapunov-based techniques to assess the stability of the considered system but I am also interrested in other methodologies as Quadratic Separation, IQC or frequencial analysis.

On this website, you can find a resumé and a list of my publications with the matlab code used for it (if I took the time to upload it correctly on Github). For more information please contact me with the information given below.

Research Interests
Coupled ODE/PDE; Wave equation; Time-Delay Systems; Lyapunov Methods; Infinite dimensional systems.
