. Page 4, bottom of second column, Example 1, \beta = 1 must be replaced
  with \beta = 1/1.2 = 0.833333.

. Bottom of page 5, Example 2, the entry (2,6) of system matrix
  should be 2.29521 (and not 2.29421).
