Research Interests

I am working on development of a new paradigm of information processing, based on capacitive MEMS devices and operating in adiabatic regime. These structres are able to perform basic Boolean operations and to transfer information at the scale of a logic circuit, while consuming less energy per processed bit of information than usual CMOS nanoelectronics technologies.
