I was born in Carcassonne, France, in 1964.

I received the "Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies" (Masters' Degree) from the Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse, France, in June 1988.

From September 1988 to February 1991, I was a Ph.D. student at the Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems (LAAS) of the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) in Toulouse, France. I received the "Diplôme de Doctorat" (Ph.D. degree)  in Automatic Control from the Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse, France, in February 1991 and the "Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches"  (HDR degree) in May 1998.

From October 1991 to October 2002, I was "Chargée de Recherche" (CNRS Researcher) at the Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems (LAAS) of the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) in Toulouse, France. From October 2002, I am "Directeur de Recherche".
