Hotels (special rates)
The organisers regret to say that they cannot make hotel reservations and
the latter shall remain under the full responsability of the persons
concerned. For reference, a list is provided giving hotels situated close
to "Manufacture des Tabacs" or in Toulouse Center. ICATPN97 has negotiated
special reduced rates with these hotels. For reservations and informations
on ICATPN 97's special rates, please contact the hotels directly. Because
of high demand, it is advisable to make hotel reservations as early as
possible.
Travel Information
There is a flight connecting Paris to Toulouse-Blagnac (and vice-versa)
approximately every hour from 6 am to 10 pm. It is necessary to make
advance reservations for these flights as some of them are rather crowded.
Several European cities are directly connected to Toulouse: Barcelona,
Brussels, Frankfurt, Geneva, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Zurich...
Every 20 minutes, there are buses leaving Toulouse-Blagnac and connecting
the airport to the city center:

Wednesday evening: reception at the City Hall by the mayor of Toulouse
Thursday evening: conference dinner.
